The company is owned and operated by Justin Smith and Mark Gibson who between them have over 20 years of experience in school and cleaning environments. They bring a unique approach to servicing clients, primarily driven by Justin’s passion for teaching, having been a secondary school teacher for over 20 years.

Justin’s insights and firsthand experience in what it takes to deliver an effective and inspiring school environment ensures their clients get the very best service – putting his clients wellbeing at the core of the CLEAN OPTIONS service.

Mark comes from a background in law enforcement spanning twenty years with additional qualifications in Risk Management and Workplace Health and Safety. Mark’s focus across the business is around ensuring a disciplined approach to all operational elements of the company.
